Accessibility Services For Guests With Disabilities

We are committed to ensuring that guests with disabilities are provided with equal access to all programs, services, and facilities offered at Choctaw Stadium. In addition to providing accessible seating, Choctaw Stadium provides specially designed restrooms, ticket windows, and concession stands to allow access to each of these areas. The Rangers are also happy to make reasonable accommodations and modifications to their existing policies to ensure equal access to all guests. Questions about accessibility services and requests for accommodations and/or modifications can be directed to any staff member by contacting Guest Services in person or over the phone at 817-533-1723. Prior to coming to the stadium, requests can be made by also calling 817-533-1723.

Animals

Animals are not permitted into Choctaw Stadium with the exception of service animals trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of a guest with a disability.

Courtesy Wheelchair Services

Choctaw Stadium provides seats that are accessible to guests who use wheelchairs. These spaces are located in each price level and are generally depicted on the seating diagram. In addition, the accessible seating areas include companion seats, which allow guests using wheelchairs to sit with friends or family members. Wheelchair assistance is available by asking any Choctaw Stadium staff member. This service will transport guests from any entrance of Choctaw Stadium to any seating location. Post-game assistance is also available.

Bag Policy

All bags and purses must be soft sided and not exceed 16” x 16” x 8”. Backpacks are prohibited, except for single-compartment drawstring bags that do not exceed the bag-size requirements of 16” x 16” x 8”. Exceptions are for those that are carried for medical reasons or manufactured diaper bags that accompany infants and young children. All bags are subject to search before entering the stadium. Working media may carry backpacks, but only after the bags have been searched and tagged by security at the Media Entrance.

Cashless Facility

Choctaw Stadium is a cashless facility. All services from parking to tickets and concessions accept debit/credit cards.

Concessions

Concessions are available at all events at Choctaw Stadium. Only major credit cards are accepted.

Costumes

Costumes are permitted with some exceptions. Costumes cannot be offensive or cause damage to ballpark property (e.g. body paint). Large costumes or headpieces, such as fake weapons and any other hazardous or distracting items, which may be determined at the sole discretion of our security personnel, are NOT permitted..

Elevators

For the convenience of suite patrons and guests with special needs, Choctaw Stadium has several elevators. The elevator for suite patrons is located at Section 27 along the main concourse.

First Aid

First Aid room is located on the third base side of the main concourse near Section 5. Emergency medical personnel is on duty at each event.

Guest Services

Guest Services Office

Guest Services is located on the southwest corner of the main concourse across from section 28. The office operates from the time Choctaw Stadium gates open for the event to the conclusion of the event. Guests may obtain information and assistance, offer suggestions, and receive help with any problems during their visit. Guest Services feedback can be provided by calling 817-533-1723, or by emailing guestservices@texasrangers.com.

Lost And Found

During all Choctaw Stadium events, found items will be immediately taken to the Guest Services office located at the southwest corner of the main concourse across from section 28 or the Guest Services kiosk. After each game, all items are stored for safe keeping; found items are disposed of or donated to an appropriate charity after being held for 30 days. To claim a lost article, visit the Guest Services office during the event. To inquire about a lost article after the event has ended please email lostandfound@texasrangers.com or call 817-533-1715 Monday- Friday from 9 a.m. -5 p.m.

Lost and Found Children

We suggest that a parent/guardian place a ticket stub inside a child’s pocket or sock to assist Choctaw Stadium staff in locating a child’s group in the event of separation. Separated children and parents should contact the nearest Choctaw Stadium employee or go to the Guest Services office, located in the southwest portion of the main concourse behind section 28.

Masks

Masks are permitted if the mask is not offensive or a weapon. Masks must be removed while entering the venue through security screening. The venue reserves the right to request the removal of any facial coverings. Failure to comply may be subject to ejection from the venue.

Outside Food and Beverage Policy

Outside food is not permitted. Guests may bring in a sealed non flavored water (plastic bottle and under 1 liter). One bottle of water per ticket will be permitted. Additional considerations will be made for dietary concerns and infants.

Parking

Primary lots for Choctaw Stadium are lots E and L, located off Road to Six Flags, on the east side of the stadium.  Only credit and debit cards are accepted and rates vary depending on the event.

Handicap/Disabled Parking

Handicap/disabled parking is available in Lot E and is sold on a first come, first served basis. Handicap/disabled parking areas may reach capacity prior to event time.

Prohibited Actions

The use of offensive language is strictly prohibited at Choctaw Stadium. Those found guilty will be subject to immediate ejection. Abusive language includes but is not limited to offensive language pertaining to a player’s, fan’s, or staff member’s:

• Race
• Ethnicity
• Gender
• Religion
• Disability
• Sexual Orientation
• National Origin
• Placing, dropping or tossing any object onto the playing field
• Entering the field of play
• Smoking outside of the designated areas
• Damaging Choctaw Stadium property

Prohibited Items

• Alcohol
• Knives
• Firearms *With exception of retired and off-duty officers with proper credentials
• Laser pointers
• Metal cans
• Glass containers
• Hard coolers
• Oversized bags (larger than 16”x16”x8”)
• Clothing with offensive or profane language
• Banners that interfere with the game or have political or commercial messages
• Selfie Sticks
• Drones

Re-entry Policy

The re-entry policy at the gates varies by event. For details specific to your event, please reference the A-to-Z guide on your desired event page.

Resale of Tickets

By City of Arlington ordinance, the resale of tickets is not permitted within the Arlington Entertainment District. This includes Choctaw Stadium, as well as all surrounding grounds and parking areas.

Restrooms & Water Fountains

Restrooms and water fountains are located on all levels of Choctaw Stadium. Diaper-changing areas are available in both women’s and men’s restrooms.

Smoking Policy

Smoking, smoking devices, or e-cigarettes are not permitted in the seating bowl, suite level, or on the main concourse.
